2. Birdie Beach
The stunning Birdie Beach is another 'clothes optional' hotspot only an hour and a half away from Sydney. As well as a nude dip, you can also camp the night with toilet and cooking facilities.
3. Cobblers Beach
Also in Sydney Harbour National Park is Cobblers Beach, a place close to the harbour where nude-bathers flock. There is a bus in Wynyard which takes revellers within a few minutes walk of the beach, where snorkelling is also popular.
4. Werrong Beach
An hour south of Sydney in the Royal National Park is Werrong Beach. It is a remote and secluded nude swimming beach with scenic coastal views, but there is a challenging walking track to get to it.
5. Armands Bay Beach, South Coast
Armands Beach was declared legally 'clothes optional' by Bega Valley Shire Council in November 1993, and has been rated by experts as one of the 'prettiest' nude beaches in the world. It is located 10 kilometres south of Bermagui on the Bega/Tathra road. However it does not have toilets or facilities.
