Ingredients
• 35cm long crusty baguette
• ½ cup grated pizza cheese
• 2 tblsps shredded parmesan
PIZZA BUTTER
• 125g butter, chopped, slightly softened
• 50g sliced pepperoni, finely chopped
• ¼ cup finely chopped, sliced black olives
• 2 tblsps pizza sauce
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 tsps dried Italian herbs
• 2 tblsps shredded parmesan
• salt and pepper, to taste
Method

To make pizza butter, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Cut baguette into slices, ¾ of the way through, at 2cm intervals.

Spread 1 tblsp pizza butter evenly between each slice. Spread remaining pizza butter over the top.

Place baguette on a 60cm sheet of foil. Sprinkle combined pizza cheese and parmesan over top. Wrap up to enclose. Place on a large oven tray.

Cook in a moderate oven (180°C) for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Open foil and scrunch around base of baguette. Return to the oven. Cook for a further 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and top is golden brown.
