"We have lived in our home for nearly 10 years. We were told it was 'haunted' when we bought it, but kept our minds open and decided to buy the house regardless", the ad posted on Childcare.co.uk reads.
"5 nannies have left the role in the last year, each citing supernatural incidents as the reason, including strange noises, broken glass and furniture moving," they continued.

On the listing they note that the successful candidate will be at home in sole charge of the children for up to four nights per week, with duties including preparing breakfast, getting the children ready for school and dropping them off/picking them up.
They also note the nanny will get 28 days of paid leave, plus bank holidays.
All sounds pretty great, apart from - you know - those unwanted extra tenants.
